2023

Year of the Rabbit

Looking back, 2022 was a successful year for me. I made a lot of progress in my personal, professional, and online lives that I am proud of. There were a lot of changes that could have shaken me and thrown me off course, but I was able to roll with the punches, adapt, survive, and even thrive. I have a lot of room left to grow, but I am happy with how far I've come up to this point.

That said, looking forward into 2023, the name of the game is accountability. I am not interested in making any set “resolutions,” per se, but I am interested in setting intentions for areas I would like to focus on. Most importantly, I am interested in committing to those intentions and following through on what I say I am going to do.

GOALS

GRATITUDE — Reflect daily in my gratitude journal what I am grateful for, and what acts of kindness I have performed.
OBSERVATION — Pay attention to the needs of others, and do what I can to meet them.
THRIFTINESS — Don't replace, when I can repair. Don't buy new, when I can use what I already have.
PRACTICALITY — Be reasonable when making promises and do not commit to anything I know I will not be able to fulfill.
